In this session we will talk about identification of key areas to address when you are integrating with a new department or new organization. We’ll also review how to foster collaboration among teams in, within both operations and compliance, to ensure appropriate alignment and deployment of policies, procedures and applications used in support of research. Lastly, we know that you can’t tackle all change at once, so we’ll address how you can prioritize the key areas to focus on first!
